Magento WordPress Integration is an excellent yet free WordPress plugin designed by James Camp. It lets you integrate Magento into your WordPress site smoothly. Though the use of this plugin does not mandate the use of same domain names, it does require both Magento and WordPress to be installed on the same server. The plugin is a great way to host your Magento store product lines on the WordPress site.
- To make this integration work, remember to install Magento and WordPress in 2 different folders. It can be either one root directory and a sub-directory or 2 different sub-directories.
- Install your preferred Magento WordPress Integration extension on your site.
- Log into your Magento Admin and then navigate to Wordpress> Setting
- Make your configuration regarding all the details, blog URL and the path of your WordPress installation directory.
- Log into the WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Setting> General. You should fill in your Magento Site correctly.
