If you want to increase sales right now, focus on conversions or (relevant) traffic. If you want to increase sales online in the long run, focus on loyalty.
Provide Discounts on your hosting plans then advertise all them through Google Adsense as an advertiser.
Send daily emails describing specialty on your hosting
Focus on one niche, be the best as possible in that field.
Respect your customers, offer them good customer support, do not oversell.
Try to build a good name, good brand, care about your existing customers.
Build a dependent, secure, stable service and be recognized as stable by your own customers.
When you do all that, you will grow very fast, and then you should start working on marketing, crm and stuff like that.
