This is a question to website owners, but I guess that providers' representatives can also join. The question is:

When some providers claim to offer you any web hosting service advertised as "The Best", "Top" or though any other superlative, do you ask them what kind of underlying serves and infrastructure do they use to deliver web hosting services?

Generally, no. I’ll try the service if the price is reasonable, and see if they live up to my expectations.

It is just attacting my attention to their services, to know it is "The best" or "Top" then I need to check their services or reading around reviews about them.

I guess 90% of people didn't ask this to their hosting provider and I am in that.
