It always depends on your domain registrar, that what options he has enabled for your with how many optimal features, you should send your NS area screenshot so anyone can guide you properly so you could get rid from that issue.

You can do a good thing, to move your domain to namecheap or Godaddy, so you can be easy with your domain with all rights in your hand.

I agree with @imRelease or you can use Cloudflare to manage your DNS, it is fast and better than mainaging DNS at your domain registrar.

@fwh your point is also valid, but after moving to good registrar, because which registrar create hurdles, always annoying you until you leave him for the peace of heart :)
after moving, when all things in your hand, cloud-flare is master piece

I heard about this, it needs around 4 to 7 days but what will happen if my domain is not transferred to the registrar as I want. How to maintain this process works exactly?

@Dr. McKay there should be no hurdle in between the process if you have the Auth Code, no one can stop the process.

@portuguesedude Sir, add me on skype, i will try to resolve your issue, my skype id is imrelease.com_1
or if you wana do itself, ask your domain registrar to send you Auth Code, once you get it in email, go to name cheap, Click on Domain transfer, at that point namecheap shows an option to paste Auth Code,
Put that code into that field, and pay 10$amount to transfer and renewel - Done Thats it
your domain will be at namecheap in 3-5 working days

if you still need any assistance dear add me on skype

You do not have any NS3 or NS4 records registered with your registrar. I can't believe a registrar would restrict you to the amount of nameservers you can create. You just haven't created them yet.

On your domain DNS Panel, there is the option of adding more name servers, then you can change your name servers.
