VPS with Layer7 Protection

Hello,
I am searching for a Layer7 Protected vServer (good protection) .
I dont need : Voxility, Mightweb, Blazingfast.
I want a vServer with own protection and no 5seconds protection like Cloudflare, or any other WAF
Layer4 has to be good too, and in the area of europe would be perfect.

Its just for a reserve proxy, so i dont need much resources ;)
