On my website, it has a category where I and other members can share videos from different sources. I want to create an upload form for them to upload videos to my website but I am afraid that my hosting can not accommodate for too many videos due to low storage. What are the best solutions to share videos on my website beside uploading directly to it? using Facbeook or Youtube and share link on posts? Can you recommend some ways to videos for a website?

You can try setting up a limit for the uploaded video or just go with uploading to youtube. Most of the websites allow embedding the youtube videos instead of uploading it to the website.

You can try Vimeo. They offer one-month free trial, and flexible plans to cover different needs. Check them to see if they may be suitable for your needs.

Here's an overview of the best video hosting platforms in 2018.

You can store them on YouTube as private, so people can not see it unless you make it public. Also, You can use Google photos. This does not only save photos but also it saves videos.

I'd suggest Youtube, personally.
Google Drive, Dropbox, and other such services can get expensive.

One alternative would be a high-storage hosting plan, or better yet - a storage VPS.
With a VPS you would need to manage it, so some technical knowledge is recommended. There are cheap management companies out there that can do the difficult things for you. But in all honesty - Youtube is free...

Consider an FFMPEG solution for storing and serving video files directly on your website.

You’ll get much better performance and a designated platform for managing your media files.
