I have installed Mailscanner, but for some reason I get a lot of spam

and this bothers my clients.

There is some optimal configuration to improve this.


Maybe be more strict in the configuration.

Mailscanner : Free version or Paid version ?

If paid version you can enable content scanning and enable dangerous content scanning as well which will be more efective .
Do you have them enabled already ? If yes then you may need to check Spam score to which it is set to detect as spam.
