What is vestacp and how to install it ?

So what I read was, basically, that it is a password security sort of program.
The problem is that I do not know how it is working nor how to install it.
I am sure there must be a tutorial with step-by-step instructions.
If someone is using this program and knows how to install it, or knows where should I look, please let me know.
I am looking for a best possible security I can get and I heard of this one.
Of course, alternatives are always welcomed.

We are using vestacp for our two customer with high daily visitors and installed nginx+php-fpm its handling it great, there was a security issue which as vesta developers said its fixed in version 20. The installation is very simple:

On the end of page go to advanced installation choose your requirements, your email and vesta admin password and you are good to go.
