I would suggest, study the market online. Please go trough the review section of the website and after that proceed further. You can compare all the plans and go with the best suitable plan. Most of the company provide the on query charge for the dedicated server issues so make sure what type of support is available.

Make sure if they are going to setup your server or you need to setup it by your own.

Not enough info and too many variables to answer properly here. What specs do you require? Managed or unmanaged? Location? Is latency important? DDoS protection? How much bandwidth do you need? RAID? CPU benchmark? Charges are normally month to month for most providers and can vary from $30 to hundreds of dollars per month.

Use small business plan for dedicated web server hosting if your budget is low. You can use unmanaged dedicated server hosting too to reduce costs & if you have adequate technical skills. But choose a server provider with 24x7 technical support & good server uptime to maintain business performance.

Most Dedicated Server providers do not include backup of dedicated servers, if you are still unable to get backup option, I will suggest you order Remote backup from R1Soft.

The definition of 'good' varies per person. Do you have any idea of what you're looking for? A small server? A big server? Which specifications, which operating system? And also important, do you have any specific budget?
