How to minify the given urls ?

I checked by website using one of the SEO tools and it gave me the list of css urls to be minified. Can anyone suggest me the way to minify the below mentioned links?

- http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=PT+Sans:400,400italic,700,700italic
- http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:400,300,400italic,300italic,700,700italic,900
- http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Exo:400,300,600,500,400italic,700italic,800,900

You can use Google font loader to load your fonts asynchronously without long urls : https://github.com/typekit/webfontloader

These css files are not on your server but on Google's servers so you can not minify them.

Only if you copy the css files on your server you can, but then you always need to copy them if anything changes what I don't recommend.

How to minify the given urls ?
