Which one do you think is better: Alexa or PageRank?

Can anyone comment on this? I always analyze my site, as per Alexa and work accordingly. Am I wrong in that? Which one do you think leads the race :) ?

I think both are important but I prefer Alexa to pagerank. it means you have less or more traffic for your website. No traffic ~ nothing ;)

In my opinion Alexa is the only way to analyze a website. PageRank can not compare, only because Alexa compares your website with almost all of the websites in the world
