How to open a new store on Facebook ?

I saw some famous store on Facebook such as Nokia, Discovery Channel, Vans store..etc
also I want to open a new store on Facebook. is it possible ?
and what conditions do I need ? and how to do ?

Any tips?

I don't see they have a "store" in Facebook.
They just have a "Page" in Facebook, yes of course you can do the same.
Just go and create page for your business, no terms of creating by there are certain T&C you must follow just like when you are creating your personal account.
