Can you tell me what is the difference between litespeed and apache? I want to try litespeed because it seems better than Apache as what everyone is talking about it.

Short answer: Faster, consumes less RAM and CPU, and has a web GUI.

The main difference is the price. Apache is free and can be optimized to handle more traffic and to use less resources, when litespeed is a paid web server.
If you are not a provider, you should not need to use litespeed. You can find easily some tips to optimize Apache.
