Hi,
From a design point of view they both look quite nice, but I think you have a small problem with the image slider on no-to-frugo.blogspot.com. It seems to overlay the images rather than replace them on some of them.

Try to make all your images the same size with a solid background. It looks like at least one of them is a .png with translucent background which gives a weird kind of stacking effect.

tuturysta.com is really nice, but one thing I would do is try to make the footer full width to balance the full width header and slider.
