Guys,

planning to buy a dedicated server from soyoustart.com and its my first time to be a part of soyoustart.com team , anybody have exerience with them?

We have no probs with ovh but the prices are high compare with soyoustart.com. I am concern with their support. Do we get a descent support?

Also, what you prefer , they suggested me to install proxmox , but i have no experience in setting up proxmox , otherwise i should go for normal solusvm fashioned which is i know better.

Thanks.:001_tt1:

Like OVH, there is no support with soyoustart, they will answer to your tickets but they will not explain you how to setup your server. Proxmox is a pretty good choice, but you can setup yourself solusvm or virtualizor on a centos install.

Soyoustart's support is just as basic as Kimsufi's is. If you want a better support you have to choose the OVH range. Even that one sometimes is too bad to believe in my opinion.

The support of support is not as good as you said, if you send a ticket to them you can need to wait some days to get supported or never.
I am just curious about dedicated services from Soyoustart, it is good or not.

soyoustart is the another brand of OVH so ultimately you are going to OVH again by another way. As OVH have no support same goes with soyoustart . If you are tech savy person go with soyoustart or any OVH brand or else leave it.

Hello,
I have not used SOYOUSTART but yes I know people using it which have support issues with it .
Apart from that its good.
But the main focus of people is to have support because server comes with lots of issue and if support will not be provioded properly then there will be issue in future.
