What is a cheap VPS with high bandwidth? I view VPS offers and why they are offering high bandwidth VPS? is the kind of VPS really existed?

I think it is only a feature that hosting provider offered it to attract their customers.
Other than that, I didn't see any offers for that.

My suggestion is to look for unmetered port, you will get big amount of traffic limited only to your port speed.

Most every providers give unlimited BW nowadays. Please consider the port speed which should be higher

Currently, if you are looking only for high-bandwidth, you should look at the scaleway.com offers, traffic is unlimited and bandwidth up to 800Mbps. But their vps are not really the best available, I consider them only the for bandwidth.

Offering high bandwidth is part of marketing .. however there are users who are bandwidth hungry. A VPS can be used for multiple purpose like hosting , mail servers , for downloading contents etc..

Some users use windows VPS for forex trading purpose so they need high bandwidth.

What is unmetered port? how to calculate the bandwidth from its amount?

Bandwidth and bitrate is two different things. Bitrate could be the size of the hole of a pipe. Small hole mean slow speed . Though the bandwidth is volume of water will be passed through the pipe.

You can go with 100 Mbps Unmetered or metered 10 TB on 1Gbit/s Port. But, unmetered on Gbit Port will be costlier.

Many client's user bandwidth for media or big data transfer, so yes you can find normal high bandwidth VPS but with higher price, if you need normal guaranteed bandwidth you must pay for it -> expensive.

Bandwidth is the only resource that is some what unlimited. So most hosting provider give this option to its high usage user or to attract new customers. In most cases it a step below a dedicated line that guarantee a certain speed without interruptions.
