You may need to upgrade as you grow your customer base.
some Shared Hosting Accounts can use a lot of cpu and memory which can crash your server.
So just keep a watch on your ram and cpu usage

Any company can offer an unlimited number of services given an unlimited budget. What are they charging?

That may dictate whether it is a bad deal, good deal, or too good to be true.

Unlimited bandwidth is usually a red flag for me unless there's some details on how it is really limited (such as port speed) in which case they mean unmetered. There are always limits.

All looks good but the important question is how much are you going to pay for the same? any details on how much you are going to spend for the above service matters.

unlimited Traffic
...
1 will setup your server " dedicated server" as a cloud
These are 2 big red flags for me!

A) 1 dedicated server cannot be "a cloud". He is simply abusing "cloud" as a marketing term.

B) Unlimited traffic on a 1Gbps port for $50/mo is not sustainable. My guess is you will have a 1Gbps port, connected to a switch with 30 other servers, all sharing a 1Gbps uplink. In other words, you will not have 1Gbps speed.

It seems that they used the term "cloud" is for setting KVM or XEN or any other virtualization in dedicated server. If they are setting openvz virtulization in dedicated server, you won't be able to sell any other OS like windows or Ubuntu.

As previously stated on other posts, you should check with them that its dedicated 1gbps connections to the server or 1gbps uplink will share with others servers connected to same switch?
