Need help with php mysql using high cpu and memory

So I have a dedicated server that was running just fine, but now I updated from Easyapache 3 to 4 and now any php site, wordpress, magento etc. uses like 25% cpu whenever a site is accessed.

Does anyone have any idea what to look at or how to fix?

A screenshot of your top output would be useful.

I can't see why upgrading from 3-4 would case load issues.
Have you changed any configuration in version 4 compared to how you had it set before, PHP handlers for example ?

The issue you are facing needs to be investigated actually with root level access to the server. if you have not made any configuration changes and still there are resources issues then may be your server is not tweaked or optimized as per the configurations. There may be slow mysql queries etc.. issues.
