If someone hacks your websites and deletes one of your hdd's used for raid, will the other one be deleted as well since it's "mirrored"?

You cannot simply delete a drive that is part of a RAID array.
If someone deleted the array, then yes, all is gone.

You have racks of servers and don't know the answer to this question ...... id hate to be hosting with you and something happen to my data without me having adequate backups. On the other hand you cant just delete a drive without knowing if someone deleted a raid array its because they wanted it deleted.
