I am using Mx records from Google apps but I want to have mx records from my hosting on my subdomain. How can I do that? I am using cPanel and I can set that in cPanel.

If you want your subdomain to have MX record you just have to add these record to your nameserver. Depending on what nameserver you are using it is either done in your domain registrar control panel or in your hosting provider control panel.

Yes I want to have MX records domain to host emails on my hosting like this

[email protected] => using local Mx records from my hosting

[email protected] => using mx records from Google apps.

so I can receive and sending emails from my hosting and using Google apps to manage emails for main domain name. Is it possible?

Yes. You should just create MX type record in your domain nameservers. Example of a record:

Code:
subdomain.example.com MX 10 your.mailserver.com.

If I used mx records for subdomain, I have to use Local Mail Exchanger then Google apps will not work.

I should set to Auto detect configuration, that will work for both cases subdomain and google apps?
Set to auto detect and allow the system to choose the most appropriate Email Routing setting, based on a query of the MX record. The query result will cause system to choose remote. But make sure you have no other MX records listed on that page!

If email is being received at a remote point like Google apps then yes you will need remote mail exchange but auto detect should work also.
