The three buttons are very important. The "Play Demo" is a video giving you a brief of what the website is all about and how it works. The "Register" button is where you sign up and give your details. After signing up you will now be going to the "Login" area where after login in with your email address(the one that you provided in your signing up process) plus your password, you start to enjoy answering quick surveys. Simple surveys are given everyday!
TIPS:

Not a fan of survey sites. Think they are a big scam. They are tailored to Us residents. If you are outside the Us, I would give them a big miss. You will only waste your time filling in requirements only to reach somewhere and be stopped from continuing.
You can't blame the companies because most of them operate from the Us and only want Us responses or their direct clients. No use wasting your money on people who you know will never buy your products.
