How do you get new members for your forum? I use signature links to promote my forum. I also use guest blogging, article marketing or submit links to some directories. Social networkings is a good way as well

I to use forum signatures to promote my website and I also use my friends to help get my site around. I try to share my articles on many different websites and place a link to my blog. I also use twitter as a method of sharing.

In my opinion, getting members can be easily achieved through promoting on forums, social sites, offline promotion, etc.

What really matters is keeping members engaged and interested to be part of your forum and this can not be achieved easily as you have to work hard on keeping your forum active, informative and really helpful for others.
