You either get cheap resources with low quality or ... quality stuff which not so cheap .. if you are a start up then I would suggest to keep the things quality and have some new unique ideas.

You won't find any thing cheaper than internet.bs or namesilo.com. I myself is using namesilo and never had any issue with them.

Just because a web host offers cheap web hosting doesn't mean you are going to get the worst quality. Not true at all. It really urks me when people have the perception of this. Providing cheap prices doesn't always mean you are going to get cheap service, I will agree that in some cases it does. When it comes to the web hosting industry sometimes cheap is the best option. Over the past decade I've seen hosts slowly raise the prices because they saw competitors getting away with offering something two times the price they did and still surviving. I've even seen web hosts survive with offering rock bottom prices since day one. At the end of the day, it's what a web hosts true mission is behind scenes - get rich, or providing people in the world with the lowest prices at the best rates. Hmmm. 1998 and running :dontknow:

Depending on what your budget is, try viewing some of the reseller hosting offers and find something on special at the price what bests fits your needs and requirements. I wish you the best of luck!!

I recommend you get your own WHMCS licence from WHMCS.com and then purchase a cheap Reseller Hosting account from a good web hosting provider who offers a good amount of server resources CPU, MEM and Disk IO wise.

Resellerclub, namecheap, enom. They are all good, resellerclub probably has the best pricing for starting out. If you want to pay for it, enom allows you to "buy up" to the cheapest reseller level, for a price. If you can do that you would have the best pricing then.

You can try instafree.com, they offer a $12 reseller plan, you got only 5 resold account and forum support and some other limits but overall is their service usage great! You may give it a shot. But check also some deals which you might see per year. As for me will I offer Newcome discount and huge 50% off discounts and other companies may do that too. So i recommed to buy when a hosting got a great deal and to be sure that you have a good provider then you must check their reviews. If their are got good rating from users then you may give them a shot. Keep searching for deals mate, thats what i suggest.

If you're looking for something to use only once I'd use Namecheap, it's very straightforward to register and to make business there. Reseller club is also great for that kind of things, but I think if you're a regular user there you get some extra benefits.

Do cheap and best really go together???

You cant have cheap and have best but then again you cant have best and have cheap

I would suggest going for best and paying the extra few $$$ you will be thankful in the long run
