How to change Linux hostname permanently

I have changed my Linux server's hostname using hostname command as in this guide:

But the problem is, whenever I reinstall my server, it is reverting to the default hosting which set from my hosting. How can I set permanent hostname?

You can not set permanent host name . Once you reinstalled the server the server will lost all the settings like DNS , MAil , Host name , services etc. So every time you reinstall the server you will have to set the hostname manually by using the command only.
