Well, what is the best CSS framework in your mind?

I've used Foundation css framework before, and I've been looking a few more minimalistic alternatives. But they all seem to be lacking in one way or another, either because they require a very specific setup (usually one pre processor over another, one task manager over another, etc) or just seem like support online is kind of minimal.

So what CSS frameworks would you recommend and why?

Bootstrap would be my choice, skeleton is also decent but is more of a layout framework and lacks many of the Bootstrap features.

Yes you are right on this, I used skeleton and it absolutely supports layouts fast and easy but for other features, we need Bootstrap or foundation css framework

bootstrap is common but i also like purecss https://purecss.io/. I use it for the default index placeholder page in latest beta version of Centmin Mod LEMP stack nginx vhost sites :)

Bootstrap all the way in my opinion - it's what I've always used and found it to be the best framework out of all of them.

I would recommend bootstrap because it's responsive, easy to use and the important thing is the speed of the development.

Yes I agree with you.

Bootstrap is my first choice.
The second one is foundation, it is also a good css frame work that web developers using but it is not popular like bootstrap.
If you want to have a simple css frame work that support responsive, go with Skeleton.
