Vultr Cloud Compute is Down!

One of my VPS packages are using from Vultr and today its down for 2 hours, I don't have any notifications for this problem from Vultr.

All my websites are down, the provider Vultr.com also has same result.

Why is Vultr down?

I am using Vultr Cloud Compute (VC2)

90GB SSD

$40
4 CPU
4096MB Memory
4000GB Bandwidth

I thought cloud hosting will have 100% uptime, is this package cloud hosting or normal VPS?

Their website is online from our side.

Regarding the uptime, nothing can provide 100% uptime no matter if is called cloud or regular hosting.

If you find provider who claim 100% uptime then you better run away

The price of your plan is excellent so 0.01% downtime is fine

I've used Vultr in the past and a minute after I read your post, an email titled Service Alert arrived. Their status page has been updated with information about the network's performance:

"Some customers maybe experiencing connectivity issues. At the present time our networking engineers are working diligently to rectify this matter. We appreciate your patience".

Thanks guys for letting me know this

but my websites/VPS are downing right now and I have just opened a support ticket and hope they can answer the hosting problem soon. I am considering their VPS cloud service is low quality because I got 2 downtimes for 3 recent days for no reason. If it is still repeating again next times, I think I will move to a new VPS company.
