Can anyone give me a list of different things between Apache and Nginx? If I want to move from Nginx to Apache or vice versa then what do I need to care about?
and how to solve a problem if it has been enabled on Apache but not support completely on Nginx and vice versa?

The main difference between Apache and Nginx was the resources usage. That's not totally true now, because Apache updates have fixed the most part of the problem.
But Nginx is still a lightweight web server build to handle high traffic without using more resources.

For me, you should not move from Nginx to Apache or vice versa. You can try Nginx if you haven't use it yet, but when you will setup a VPS you have the choice to use Nginx or Apache.
The main issue you can have is with .htaccess because Nginx doesn't read them, and use server rewrite rules to add in the configuration file.
If you want to use Nginx easily without having to learn all the configuration use Easyengine
