Do you guys thinks programmers at Facebook are working all day or just part time on projects that required by their leaders?
I'd like to hear your shares :)

Well since most other people in other jobs wind up spending all day on Facebook, they (working there) probably spend all day on Twitter! ;)

hahaha! maybe they would spend their time in twitter. But from my experience i learn one thing, professional are very lazy, they can't work like an ass, that's why they spend most of time in chatting, relaxing and refreshing their mind and rest of time they spend to develop the things to make there Interface more easy to operate and more user friendly. :p
