Hey guys, I wanna to know about how did the Google crawl and indexing a website?
Do they need to do any SEO submissions to make this process happen faster?
Thanks in advance!

Google "wants" to crawl your site. You can make xml sitemap files to make the crawl smarter. Most Seo efforts will help the speed of which it happens.

Some time ago I noticed free sites like weebbly and yolasite index slower. There may not have been actual reasoning for that but an observation nonetheless.

Long tail keywords coupled with a backlink or two and a sitemap file will definitely rank you something within a week on Google.

The more links you shoot at your new content, the faster the page containing it will be indexed.

I once wrote an article, shared it on reddit and it was indexed within a few minutes. I usually update my blog once a week so my site's not an instant-index news site. This definitely had an effect as I was actually result 1 for a few days for a very competitive keyword!

Oh that is nothing new. You can often rank things on 1st page of SERP results with Reddit, I recently shared a video on here that shows how to do it.

You basically create a new text submission and you can create a dofollow anchor text link.

Do some pinging of that submission and submit to Google and literally within seconds, you'll probably find that Reddit submission on the front page of Google.

It's insane but Reddit is crawled every minute of every day by Google.

There are two scenarios. First if you have quality links to your site which makes your site important in your niche . And google bots crawls your site fast and index them quickly. The second case, is that your content is extremely unique and helpful, and it goes viral in the social media channels and niche communities. Now choose by yourself which one you want to go for.

Google Boot crawls the content that you submit in the various ways as marketing articles & blogs in the article & blog site respectively, image sharing, forums participating, question answering & so many ways are there. When crawls out the Google Boot from the ways & they indexed it on their server. Thus, you say as Indexing helps for adding webpages in the google search.

The following things matter for crawling & indexing as

1. Content Marketing
2. Link building
3. Rightup to create & submit XML sitmap
4. Use Long Tail keywords

Well Google Index is identical to any other index you will come across, such as an Index in a Book, which gives information about all the important terms mentioned in the book. Only difference in Google Index is instead to terms it lists all of the webpages that Google knows about.

How it works:
When Google crawlers (knows as Googlebot) detect any site, it checks new and updated pages and hands them off to the the Google Indexer. These pages are stored in Index database. Index is alphabetically sorted by the search terms, with each index entry storing a list of documents in which the term appears and the location of the term in that particular webpage. While indexing search terms, it obviously ignores common strop words (such as the, is, on, or, of, how, why. when etc), certain single digits, single letters, Punctuation and Multiple Spaces.

Google will crawl and index your pages. When you optimize your website based on these factors, Google will have no choice but to crawl and index your page faster and more correctly.

What is Google Crawling?

Crawling basically means following a path. In the SEO world, crawling means following your links and crawling” around your website. When bots come to your website (any page), they follow other linked pages also on your website.

This is one reason why we create site maps, as they contain all of the links in our blog and Google's bots can use them to look deeply into a website.

The way we stop crawling certain parts of our site is by using the Robots.txt file.

What is Google Indexing?

In layman's terms, indexing is the process of adding webpages into Google search. Depending upon which meta tag you used (index or NO-index), Google will crawl and index your pages. A no-index tag means that that page will not be added into the web search's index.

By default, every WordPress post and page is indexed. A good idea for ranking higher in search engines is to let only vital parts of your blog/website be indexed.

Do not index unnecessary archives like tags, categories, and all other useless pages.

Good luck to you!

When crawler visit your sites and takes information related to your website and save that data and information in search engine's database and that process is called as indexing.

Like an index in a library google index lists contents of all the books the library has available. In the real world it lists all of the webpages that Google knows. it has a feature that it detects new and updated pages on your site and updates the Google index.

Lots of useful tips and advice in this thread.

As others have mentioned, when you link to content from other reputable sites it indexes the content much faster. And don't forgot to add a sitemap.
