Hey Guys, I would like to know which is the best way for indexing and search engine optimization. A page or a category?

I know they are different, a page is the place I can add more content and images while a categories almost for listing my posts or products.

Waiting for your replies. Kind Regards!

They are both pages as far as Google is concerned.

What is going to matter the most is the links pointing at the page.

The challenge of a traditional category page, if it is a site you post to frequently, is that the page is going to be dynamic, which can cause its rankings to bounce.

I'll first start off by say that I use the Wordpress platform. I like to use "Pages" when I write product reviews and "posts" when I write articles. I don't typically use the "categories" thing like some people do. I think it can look messy. I've seen sites where people use it too much, and it just looks horrible. I think whether or not you should use it depends on how you have your site set up.
