I think both of their perks. For example , a facebook page with lots of likes will automatically generate clicks to your site since people will trust you more.

Directly getting clicks to landing pages is also good but only if you have a great sales page which will convert visitors

From my own experience I've found that you always have to spend at least $5 on each FB advertising method (with different campaigns) to see which one brings the best results for the particular thing your promoting then focus on making that one campaign even better and put more cash on it.

But your advertising method should be focused on what you're promoting. For instance, if you're promoting a valuable blog post (or reverse squeeze page) then it makes more sense to use "post engagement" instead of CPC. If your content is really good then you'll get more shares and likes which will automatically get you cheap clicks (less than $0.07) and organic traffic from all the shares.

If you're promoting a squeeze page then test both "post engagement" and "cpc" then after stick with one that brings you the best results.

It's all about split testing, there's no one size fits all. You have to be hands-on and do all the legwork.

They are more or less the same as a fan page will have more likes and resulting in more clicks to the landing page.

The Facebook landing page is a dedicated page designed to convert visitors from specific pay-per-click (PPC) Facebook ads. These landing pages are different from other pages (such as product pages on your website) because they are tailored to complement your Facebook ads. twenty two

One of the most successful methods to generate purchases straight from a Facebook ad is to target individuals who have shown an interest in purchasing your product in the previous month. You might experiment with targeted discounts, product suggestions, or buy reminders to see whether they work.

On FB ads i think a landing page is a primary requirement for lead generation in inbound marketing. It is designed to influence visitors to take any specific action.

Both of them are a good option if you are looking forward to getting more people to visit your website. If you are going to use the Facebook page then people will visit your Facebook page and from there, they will move on to your website but in the case of the landing page, people will visit directly to your landing page.

You should use the landing page only if you have the power of conversion in the landing page otherwise, you should always link the Facebook page as these pages have a high power of conversion.

The most effective Facebook advertising method depends on your specific goals. If you want to boost engagement and create a community, focusing on getting likes for your posts and promoting your fan page can be valuable. This helps build an active audience but may not directly drive sales.

However, if your goal is to drive website traffic, capture leads, or make sales, prioritizing clicks to your landing pages is usually the most valuable approach. It directly impacts your bottom line by increasing conversion chances. Consider your overall objectives and how these methods fit into your Facebook advertising strategy.
