How to track WP admin

we are 3 partners who are sharing word press admin user name and password. now the pass word is changed. it is not i cannot get the new pass word. but i would like to do a technical investigation of when and which which IP this pass word was changed.

Better way is to create three user account with unique usernames, in case it is not possible then you case use genuine and spam free plugins like:

1. WP Security Audit Log
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

2. Simple Login Log Plugin
http://www.designwall.com/blog/track-record-logged-user-activity-wordpress/

You need to update plugins every time else, they will be hacked/injected with virus.
