It looks like a site quite new, logo it not good, you need to make text bolder in your logo and remove background white if possible.
The image on top header it too big, it make site load slowly, just customize this and replace "Leave a Reply" by a contact form and put it to footer as more websites doing.
Layouts are simple but they are in responsive, that's good!

You need to do tons of thing to make your website become awesome, from a logo to layout, from colours to content, seems EVERYTHING!
