I think since your Fiverr Gigs are so cheap, it will be hard to see a good ROI. You are better off sticking to other methods that aren't paid options.

Anyhow, you should be using Fiverr to upsell bigger and better long-term products or services.

Are there any ways with non paid options you would recommend and it can get good ROI for fiverr gigs?

or even I can spend a little, its fee is not high as GA, but still get good results?

I would image some solo ads on niche websites may be a good long-term investment. Find anyone offering a good deal right around $10-$20 for a months advertising spot. If the site has good traffic, you should be able to convert.

Now, If you have a good reputable Fiverr Gig, I would imagine you are trying to upsell right? Do you have ways to make more than the $5 and if so how many people are signing up for that?

Keep posting strongly in forums giving good advice, show your expertise and people will find your Fiverr Gig. That is the best free method I would know of for this type of thing. Blog commenting, or even a blog yourself are other options.

Pathfinder, I suggest not to promote your fiver. Create your own website and market your sevices there. You can charge more. If people are redirected to your fiverr they will also see your compettition! Good luck :)

Advertising of any kind to a Fiverr gig is a stupid decision. Sorry, but that's the truth. Simple mathematics right there. But apart from that...

I agree with Ashley! Not only is Fiverr a terrible place IMO for service providers...it's also devaluing the service market and training people to seek quality services for cheap prices. In time, this will make it difficult for any competent designer or specialist to charge a decent price for their services. It's similar to outsourcing and how it has eliminated entire careers from the western world. Cheap labor breeds cheap labor. When anyone can get a graphic done for $5...pretty soon it will be impossible for Graphic Designers to earn a fair wage.

Anyway, it is better to have your own site and market your services and build up a portfolio and clientele that way. You will also be able to set your own honest rate and not be subjected to abject poverty. I never understood how Fiverr took off...never mind receiving investor money. The conspiracy theorists can hijack the thread now LOL.
