Why My very New site is showing 0 (zero) rank instead of Unranked?

Hello,
Anyone can tell why my site that i bought recently is showing 0 page rank ? whereas my other new sites are not showing any rank means unranked?

Google use PR method to determine a page's importance PR is based on backlinks.
