Are there any way to refresh everything on my brain in building website?

I've learned basic https and it's been a long time already. I've forgotten almost everything. Are there any tips and tricks to learn it again. Something I can read for at least a few days not a year.

Do you mean HTML? HTTPS is a transfer protocol. If you mean HTML I'd suggesting checking out CodeAcademy or something similar. Perhaps it can help freshen up your memory.

Https is just a part to make your website more secure, it doesn't help in building a website. If you want to start a website, you should know about how to manage a web hosting and domain name, learn programming and some programming languages such as Mysql, Javascript, CSS, html...all of them will help you to have a website as expected.
