How many days are needed to learn HTML & CSS?

Hi everyone,
According to you, how many days are needed to get a good knowledge of HTML & CSS or can use it to design website templates by an average intelligent person, if one person puts from 2 to 3 hours a day for learning them?

Its all depend on your practice. Web designing in not a learning process, it needs lots of practice.

If you are a fast learner then you can learn it in 2 or 3 weeks. if you are not fast learn then it might take 2 or 3 month. hope you are a fast learning. i learn html and css in one month.

A few weeks to just build a simple website but years to master. It's just like any other skill or trade. It doesn't take long to learn to "do" something but to truly master it then you need to spend a long time on it.
