Hello,

I am getting more error messages from some pages on my site. The occurrences vary. Sometimes it will give an error and sometimes not.
The normal error is '500 internal server error' I don't know why it happened this

I would like to debug this and solve this or finding the cause. But when I check the error log in my web hosting control panel (cPanel) it is empty.

Should I turn on somethings to find errors, please let me know what I should do now?

Thanks

Internal server error sounds like you need to contact your host and have them look into this. Internal server errors wont be logged into your Drupal error log unless its php related which is not likely.

Yes this is correct most! Most likely there is a issue with the web server it self that is why it does not happen all the time. Your host needs to take a look at their server configuration.

Also take a look at your .htacess file and make sure there is no code in there that is causing problems.
