Looks like yo have a good start. I would buy a real domain name and have it hosted as this will give your website more credibility. Real easy to do with blogspot and GoDaddy and only costs about $4 a month.
Also I would consider changing the name as "SEO Tips and Guide" is a bit awkward sounding in English and since SEO is largely based around written content you may want to go for a more catchy English name. Something like SEO Tips, Tactics and Treasures.
Would like to see the blog posts dated as well and maybe a SEO tools page where you recommend free tools but otherwise looks like you just need to tweak/add to the design and work on building out the content.
