It took me more than 5 seconds to load your page, you should improve your website loading speed by choosing a better hosting.

Slogan under logo was cropped wrong way, contact their graphics designer to re-crop it.

Textlinks under NAVIGATION on footer should have more spaces.

Aside from the points @trustdnb made about the hosting speed and navigation, I would also decrease the size of the icons.

Yes...The loading time. It took over 30 seconds on my end just now to fully load your webpage.

I find that the footer is rather big. It does not feel like a footer but awhole page with links with big Icons
