what is exchange visits ? can you explain for me and how to do? I'm not obvious about that.

In other words, I think banner exchange it good ways to get traffic and promote your websites on other websites.

I never used it and will never in future as it looks that you just advertising on your home page by stuffing exchanges.

mmmm are you exchanging banners with websites of the same niche? it looks like a good idea to me. sounds like a friendly competition. but if the website you're exchanging banners with is not of the same niche, i don't think it would work since they have a different type of audience.

I used to like Linkbuddies for their 3:2 but seems like they are not so prominent anymore .. their Alexa ranking has slipped alot too

I haven't found any banner exchanges that are worth it nowadays yet ...
