can you suggest me What is the best CSS Framework for web designers ?

If we build big web projects, I sure that we will need CSS framework for our project to help it easier and quicker.

first of all the framework is a structure with all the standard files we will need to develop the website (css, js...) what you have to keep in mind that all the css framework providers have the same Structure... what i can advice is the 960.gs Grid system and Foundation3.

They are easy to use, Responsive and so cool.
