Just curious, what's wrong with hetzner that you excluded? And it would be great to mention your required configuration, ram disk bandwidht and budget aswell.

24/7 customer support usually means an additional payment (if it's not some enthusiasts), which is included in the prices, but it's 100% worth it. I am a few VPSes user myself and a good support team oftnely give you a hand if there is a downtime or something isnt work for you. I cant recommend and wouldnt promote the hosting I am using right now. But I'd wanted to encourage, that that's a good decision

Several cloud hosting providers offer low-cost, reliable services with great customer support and little downtime. You should research and compare these providers to find one that fits your needs. Reading reviews from other users can also help you choose the right one for you.

Finding that balance is tough. The need for 24/7 support is usually the main difference between unmanaged and managed cloud providers.
Since that's a priority for you, you're definitely in the market for a managed solution. As a provider in this space we'd be happy to answer any technical questions you have to help your search.

If you are looking for cheap cloud hosting, I would be careful not to choose only by the lowest monthly price.

Cheap hosting can be fine for small websites, but it is worth checking what is actually included. Sometimes the cheapest plan looks good at first, but the limits on CPU, RAM, storage, email, backups or support can become a problem later.

Before choosing a cloud hosting provider, I would check:

  • How much storage is included
  • Whether the storage is SSD or NVMe SSD
  • How much RAM and CPU you get
  • Whether SSL is included
  • Whether email hosting is included
  • If there is a control panel
  • Whether backups are included or available
  • How easy it is to upgrade later
  • Server location
  • Renewal price, not just the first-month price
  • What support is available if you need help
Also think about what kind of “cloud hosting” you actually need. Some cloud hosting is designed for normal website hosting with a control panel, which is easier for everyday websites. Other cloud hosting is closer to VPS or cloud server hosting, where you are expected to manage the server yourself.

If you are hosting a normal website, WordPress site or small business website, cloud hosting with a control panel can be easier than a VPS. You still get more resource options than basic hosting, but without needing root access or full Linux server management.

This page may be useful if you want to compare a cloud hosting option with DirectAdmin, SSL, email, support included, and scalable resources up to 300GB NVMe storage, 32GB RAM and 32 CPU cores:

My advice would be to start with a plan that fits your current website, but make sure there is a clear upgrade path. The best cheap cloud hosting is not always the lowest price — it is the one that gives you enough resources, good uptime, simple management, useful support and room to grow.
