I created forms from contact 7, wpforms, ninja forms plugins on my Worpress website but all were not delivered to Gmail INBOX, I used also wpform smtp mail but not succeed, email went to spam or promotion tab on Gmail. Why and how to get emails into INBOX of GMAIL?

One way I debug SPAM delivery issues is to open the email on your spam box and check the banner that says "Why is this message in spam?" The message there is surprisingly helpful. But there can be a lot of reason, here are some:
  • Lots of messages from xxx.com were identified as spam in the past
  • It is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past.
Most times, Reporting the message as "Not Spam" enough times solves the issue. And also if the email contains a link that has been blacklisted, it will definitely go to Spam.

If they are delivering to the Promotions Tab, that means your configurations are fine but Gmail determined the content of the Email belongs there and this decision is based on several reasons. The same email could go to the inbox for a different user.

It will help to see the contents of the email but in the meantime, Simply move all emails from Promotions to Inbox and eventually, they will go there automatically.

I will admit, setting up email in such a way that emails are delivered to recipient's inboxes is difficult.
I'm going to assume that you are currently setting up email by yourself, with your host, or your server(s) are the ones sending the emails, rather than something like Mailgun.
You'll need to ensure that if you are using something like "mail.yourdomain.com" as where your emails are being sent from.

For "mail.yourdomain.com", You'll want to make sure that you setup the following records with your server DNS: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
If you have a control panel like cPanel installed, this is a trivial exercise as it's just a matter of going into your cPanel account and setting up the SPF and DKIM records through the "Email Deliverability" section.

For DMARC records, you'll want to go into the DNS Zone Manager and create a new DMARC zone.
In this DMARC record, I would recommend using Quarantine as the policy for each option, then setting an email for any failed domain checks. I would recommend setting up an email account specifically for these domain reports just so they don't clog your mailbox.

Additionally, I would recommend having a dedicated IP address for your mail server, to help eliminate the possibility of others getting your mail server IP blacklisted.
Finally, I would check through all the blocklists to see if your IP shows up on any of them. If ANY blocklist shows your IP as an offender, then you'll want to reach out to the block list and submit a request to have it removed from the blocklist. This will help your reputation overall to not have email deliverability issues.

You said correctly, i am using mail.domain.com for my domain to send from.

yes i used plesk onyx and cloudflare, not sure where to get right records?

Can you share link to check for dmarc record for my domain, i have my website on plesk onyx.

Email reaching to Gmail's Promotional tab and Spam box are entirely different from each other. Promotional Tab is just the classification of Inbox. But Spam is Spam. so I'm assuming the first mail went to Promotional and you kept testing your forms and they start landing in the Spam. Is that it? If so, then you did this to yourself. If not, you might need to check your SPF and DKIM records. If you are using cPanel simply go to Email Deliverability.
