Why do you need to move from Wordpress to Joomla?
I think WP is good enough to use for websites for now and in the future. :)

If it's a simple site, everything can be done manually. If it's a complex site, I wouldn't risk to mess things up with migrations. I haven't tried JConverter myself, but I know it has limitations and hasn't been updated for a few years. You can just try and see yourself, it might work.

Just check the Joomla website and there should be instructions on how to do so, though I will warn you that (in my opinion of years of use) that wordpress is better and seems to have better support.

Joomla is a dying product. The benefits of WP and a plethora of plugins, templates and technical help out there is such an advantage over Joomla. Joomla likes to create new versions that do not transfer vs WP that just keeps updating their system. I would bet that any tool used to move data from WP to Joomla will work like junk and create more work for you than if you started fresh and built your site with Joomla.

Agreed with you, the OP should ask how to transfer joomla site in wordpress because Wordpress nowadays is always better than Joomla. I am surprised why they asked to move WP to Joomla while Joomla is a great cms recent years.

I found a blog that shows you the step how to transfer joomla to wordpress conversion. The explanation you're here on this page is on the grounds that you at first made your site on Joomla stage just to find later that WordPress is vastly improved. Also now maybe you feel stuck some place, sorting an exit from it. Indeed, we have you totally covered with our master administrations for Joomla to WordPress migration.
