WHM account, can you acess all emails ?

hi guys

so i have a WHM reseller account
Is it normal to have acess to all emails on all accounts ?
I tought it was only accessible with email password

Yes you can access emails on other cpanel accounts if you know passwords. In WHM you just know the emails queue and can access emails via this control panel.

Well you can access all of your hosted websites (accounts under your WHM) emails by logging in to their cPanel.
Quite easy. Within your WHM select "List Accounts" under "Account Information".

Click on the cPanel icon.

You can then access email by using the in-built cPanel webmail.

You don't need to know their cPanel account password at all.

This setting can be modified in WHM->Tweak Settings->System->”Accounts that can access a cPanel user account”
