Notification: Resource limits exceeded by reseller account

Why am i getting this notification in Plesk Onyx? how to check and fix them? does it affect to my website works?

I received email like this

The 'Administrator' account is approaching or already exceeded the limits:
Webspaces: 011 Used / 0
Maximum number of mail accounts: 01 Used / 0

Hello, Greetings.

The service plan assigned to you / created by you has 0 webspace and 0 mailbox allocation.
You are having more Web space[11gb probably ] and mail account[1] usage than set limit; that would be probable reason of notification.

You can either contact administrator or edit service plan details if you do have privilege .

Yes I created more accounts on this plan but I think they can not exceed the allowed limitation.

I visited your link but I don't know where to check and disable this notification, or at least solve this probem.

I am not sure about this. I want to know what made an account exceed the limited resource.

You are exact, I saw there are settings for notifications there, but I want to solve the problem by change its settings than disable notifications.
