If you change the DNS server, of course, the effect may not change immediately. Windows uses cache to save received DNS responses to save time when users reaccess the old address.

To make sure Windows receives the address from a new DNS Server instead of using the cached old address, just use the ipconfig / flushdns command after you change the DNS Server to clear DNS cache on windows
