There are a lot of Russian residents in my country and I would like to know which .ru domains I can find for cheap ?

I think you should go with these domain registrars 101domain, eurodns, nic.ru or godaddy...just search your desired domain and compare price between them to find out who is offering Cheap .ru domain.
