How to Clear RAM Memory Cache, Buffer and Swap Space on my VPS?

Hello,

I am seeing my RAM is near full when i check with free -m

Code:

[root@srv ~]# free -m
                   total       used       free     shared    buffers     cached
Mem:          7680       7087        593        128        366       4858

What are the commands to Clear RAM Memory Cache, Buffer and Swap Space on my VPS? is it safe to do this task?
